This is the third book in the series written by Qigong Master, Simon Blow and it focusses on Guigen Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and self-healing exercises. Guigen translates to ‘returning to the source root’. The underlying principle of traditional Chinese medicine is the understanding of the balance and harmony between human beings and our environment - broken into the five elements of wood, fire, water, metal and earth. The movements of Guigen Qigong therefore focus on returning to the primordial energy from which everything emerges. With regard to the importance of this type of meditation, Dr Xu states: ‘When we enter a realised state, or the state of nothingness, there is no disease or illness, only nothingness’

2012 MOON DIARY AND CALENDAR
The first thing that strikes you with both the diary and calendar is the diverse and inspirational artwork scattered throughout. They also both have a variety of astrological interest - from general overviews of star signs and planets, to detailed information on planetary aspects and movements. If you are a keen gardener or fisherman, then the calendar gives you tips for the best times for both these hobbies. Each month the diary looks at the new moon and takes us through all the interactions of the planets and the impact their movements will have on our world and us.

This oracle pack contains 54 heart-shaped cards that are truly inspirational and so beautiful to use. The artwork and words from Toni Carmine Salerno speak to the heart and soul of things and leaves you feeling connected and uplifted. They would make an excellent gift and anyone can use them, as there are no fancy spreads or booklets to follow, just the beautiful messages and images for your heart. I love everything about this pack as it offers guidance on all levels from the mundane to the spiritual and the artwork is divine.
