Each chapter has ‘life stories’ with real answers followed by a breakdown of ‘What You Should Have Learned in This Chapter’ plus the ‘Super-Good Really Helpful Workbook’ section. Although Greg is a comedian and writer, he is primarily a bloke, so knows exactly what they are always thinking. This very funny book gives you a great laugh while leaving you feeling very liberated. Somehow being told ‘he’s just not that into you’ makes it easier to realise it’s his loss and not yours and the minute you stop making excuses for him, he will stop making appearances in your life! Anthony’s book is very down to earth, inspiring and full of personal stories of clients who he has read. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who has lost a loved one either through death, relationship break-up or for anyone who wants to know more about whether there actually is life after death. This is a wonderful book which offers practical help with the grieving process through a personal healing guidebook which the reader can fill in themselves.  There is also a great section on how to communicate with your passed loved ones and spirit guides.  Reviewed by Jade-Sky

If you are looking for a CD to watch the sunset by, take for a walk on the beach or have a glass of wine and just relax with, this is the one for you. A beautiful ballad, ‘Calling the Spirit’, written and sung by Tracy Lundgren, is definitely a highlight. Other outstanding tracks are ‘Where do the Children Play’, ‘All In This Together’’, ‘Beautiful World’ and ‘Peace Child’. Tribe World Ensemble is made up of musicians from all over the world and when listening to the CD, you can hear how this reflects the talent assembled for this unique project. Lia Scallon’s voice carries your soul to another place that is quiet and soothing, while the gentle background music brings peace and contentment to your inner child.  I drifted in and out of an almost sleep state while listening to this CD however still felt the change within myself when it ended.  Starsong is the perfect relaxation tool for anyone wanting to calm their mind and find time to reconnect to their very being. I really enjoyed the DVD and found it helpful in giving me useful ideas and planning methods for my daily meditation, which I had not previously considered.  Ian is a great presenter and certainly makes this an inspirational and worthwhile product to have. Wow.  What an amazing feast for the senses.  The visual and audio mixing of this DVD is beautiful and makes your soul feel uplifted.  A globally diverse collection of people, including Eckhart Tolle, Noam Chomsky, Billy Connolly, KD Lang, Neale Donald Walsh and Deepak Chopra (to name but a few) share their views on universal topics, accompanied by a montage of film footage, singing and music.  While watching this I went through a range of emotions, even the comments that I didn’t agree with still made me think about life in a different way!  I loved this film and would highly recommend it to everyone. New York, I Love You is not your typical movie with a flowing storyline that builds the characters to draw you in. Instead, life in New York is portrayed in a rather abstract way, giving you just enough insight into random characters and their experiences to show what the city offers each one. This movie is a great depiction of the seven degrees of separation. It is purposely left open for interpretation, and is one you will either greatly appreciate or leave the cinema scratching your head. Reviewed by Krystle Sturgess

INIKA Cosmetics are an organic and ethical company with mineral based cosmetics to suit all skin types, colours and ages. The best thing I found with the cosmetics was how easy they are to use. As I had never used mineral cosmetics before I was a bit dubious as to how it was going to look after my first application, but it was very easy. INIKA also supplies a DVD with the starter kit to demonstrate different styling tips, which was really useful.

As I rarely wear make up I found the lightness of the minerals to be great because you can’t feel them on your skin, and they also allow your skin to breath with NO BREAKOUTS!   Plus the coverage is flawless as well as lasting the majority of the day and night.
